Vince Heuser established Absolute Overhead Doors in 2008 and in January 2020 expanded the business creating Absolute Services to include heating and cooling, and plumbing. Soon, Absolute Services will be offering electrical services as well. When not at one of his three office locations, Heuser can be found on their 120-acre farm, or taking a couple of days to hunt geese.

James McArter, manager of Absolute Overhead Door Service of Lexington has been in the industry for 7 years and is extremely devoted to mastering his trade. In May 2020, James started "Absolute Academy", an intensive hands-on course geared to give each employee the opportunity to become certified and adequately learn a new skill. When school is out, James enjoys building Lego sets with his oldest son, while his youngest tears them apart!
